The Amadeus Professional Ticket Exchanges and Reissues course is designed for those that already have Fares and Ticketing experience seeking professional training on making amendments. On the Amadeus GDS simulated system practice real life scenarios, you will be able to update and reprice tickets finding the best deals for your customers and furthermost, issue new tickets and related travel documentation inclusive of Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMDs). This course is great for continued professional development or additional training for further knowledge using the GDS system in Fares and Ticketing providing real-world practice scenarios. Upon completion, you will receive an official industry recognised certificate.
Ticket Exchanges and Reissues
Passengers at some point in time would need to make amendments or cancel reservations to their travel itinerary and the agent is expected to exchange or reissue the passengers' tickets. There are some many other reasons why passengers need to amend and change tickets due to the external factors of the world today and would need to reconfirmed Airline Ticket Reservation at a more convenient time. Ticket Exchange focusing on Reissuing, Revalidation, Penalties and Exchanging tickets with related Airline documentation. Ticket exchange one of the most important aspects of Ticketing when working at the Airport at the Ticketing Desk. Most recently a well established Airline had to train all Customer Service Agents on the concept of Ticket Exchange. Thus, one of the most importance professional training required today in the Travel and Aviation industry.

This course is 100% practical and hands-on simulated system. Each lesson consist of detailed instruction which are provided and there are Quizzes at the end of each assessment learnt. To access to the Amadeus System includes a personal login to sign on/off the reservation emulator to start training.
