This course is split into four parts starting with Part 1, Travel Agency Operations learning the role of a travel agent and key knowledge of travel products and services.  

Part 2 learning valuable information related to  travel terminology used in the industry, which is useful for any career path in Travel and Aviation.

Part 3 industry professional course fares and ticketing This course give you the opportunity to develop the understanding and knowledge of dealing with Air travel  and passenger  itineraries stopping at various Destinations for a number of nights.

Part 4, now you have gained the industry knowledge, this will be applied on professional Travel, Airline and Eurostar systems used in the industry for reservations.  You will gain hands-on practical experience on the simulated system.
