This course is split into  two parts starting with Part 1, Travel Agency Operations learning the role of a travel agent and key knowledge of travel products and services.

Part 2, now you have gained the industry knowledge, this will be applied on professional Travel, Airline and Eurostar systems used in the industry for reservations.  You will gain hands-on practical experience on the simulated system.
