Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days allows you to cancel your enrolment based on the terms of not using any of the online system to pursue any online course. If you have logged onto any training systems you will have revoke your terms of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your enrolment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To cancel your enrolment and eligible for a refund, we require this via email confirming your reasons and in compile with our cancellation policy.
Refunds
Once we have received your cancellation, we will check your profile to ensure that you have not logged onto any of the training systems. We will send you an email to notify your request and also approval of your cancellation.
If you are approved, then we will process your refund, which will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping (physical course materials)
To return your product, we will email our address once we have received your confirmation of return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
