This course is designed for those who are already enrolled onto Fares and Ticketing and wish to have assistance in areas of the course and would prefer in-class support in either small class sessions or 1-2-1 with an expert tutor.
We understand from modules one, two and three all students are able to study these areas independently, however the following units where additional assistance is required could be any of the following:
- Global Indicators
- Fare Types
- Constructing Fares
- The Mileage System
- Mock Papers
These are the areas where we have identified that students may need additional support in a classroom setting. We have introduced tutoring sessions in the above areas where students are able to select a specific area of study where they are able to have support.
Each learning module is broken down into sessions that can be booked at various locations subject to availability. One session equals a two-hour tutoring lesson with an expert tutor. We have identified how much additional time is required for further guidance according to the learning hours of the course and to industry standard.
Students may also have the option of booking tutor sessions from global indictors module 3 on a individual basis or require tutor sessions until they have completed the entire course. This option is available and will be classed as 'Full Tutor' sessions; however, a student can continue the course and only book areas they wish to have 1-2-1 classroom support giving you complete flexibility of how to wish to complete your course.
The 'Full Tutor' session consist of the following lessons:
Global Indicators - 1 Session (2-hour Lesson)
Construct Air Fares - 3 Sessions (A 5-hour Lesson)
Construct Mileage Charts - 2 Sessions (A 4-hour Lesson)
Mock - 2 Sessions - (A 4-hour Lesson)
*Remember 1 sessions equals a 2-hour lesson, any sessions book over this period will be discussed with tutor the next availability before session one has ended.
There is also for longer sessions available for any of the Fares and Ticketing subjects above allowing you to discuss up to two topics within the given timeframe:
- 1 Session - 3 Hours
- 1 Session - 4 Hours
We also offer 'Full Tutor - Full Course' sessions for the whole course from modules 4 to 8. As an introduction to the course you will be given modules 1-3 to complete to get familiarised with the concept of industry terminology. The outcomes of these modules 1-3 will be discussed at your first session. The 'Full Tutor - Full Course' sessions will also include the options of mock examinations with feedback. This type of course last for approximately 4 weeks over a course of 3 days per week for the duration of 5 hours.
Locations
Locations are based on the type of tutor sessions booked and this will be confirmed upon confirmation of enrolment. Your tutor sessions will take place in the location is a short walk from Westfield, Stratford shopping centre. The location will be confirmed at the time of booking:

Cancellation policy
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
