You will attend 3 classroom based sessions.

Session 1.....

An introduction to the course welcoming you to the Airline Reservation System Galileo  or Amadeus, which ever you chose. 

• Introduction to Airfares & Ticketing 
• Introduction to Airline Computerised Reservations 
• Your personal login details 
• Your workbook for either Galileo or Amadeus 
• An 75-Page Airline Appendix Reference  Manual 

Session 2 (6 to 8 Weeks into the course)...

Session 3  (12-16 Weeks into the course)... 

• Examination preparation - Hints & Tips 
• Mock examination

After you have attended the first session you are expected to continue the rest of your training in the comfort of your own home and work alongside your commitments.  Then attend the 2nd training session to discuss important elements of the course that are vital for the airline industry employment.

Throughout your course, you will receive Personal Tutor Support and Guidance. 

* Please note you are expect to book onto the  2nd & 3rd Sessions on our '1-2-1 Days'.  Instructions will be provided on the first day of your induction.
