This course is designed in five areas: The Aviation Environment; The Roles and Responsibilities various job roles in Aviation; GDS Amadeus Professional Training Airlines Reservations and Airport Departure Control Check-In Systems used at Airports. Lastly, Employment Preparation by industry experts and simulated tasks to demonstrate your competence in certain job roles at the airport. The areas that you will be exploring on the course are made up into lesson format.

You are expected to complete continued assessments at home, complete professional GDS online training and prepare for industry assessments. Throughout your course, you are also expected to bring a laptop to lesson especially on the introduction to your online GDS courses.
Once enrolled on the course, you will received a welcome pack and the first introduction to some of the modules , you are expected to completed in preparation for the first day of your course.

Please note: on the day of training you are expected to bring a laptop to prepare for your DCS Training.
Once you have completed this course you will gain the necessary knowledge to gain employment in the industry and able to use knowledge learnt into perspective.
