This could be from Point to Point routings for Economy class passengers to arranging a Business Traveller’s Itinerary stopping at various Destinations for a number of nights and calculating the correct Airfares. In some cases, Passengers enquiring for the Round The World (RTW) tickets to visit a range of Destinations from Europe, Middle East to South East Asia, Australasia or even adding North America, the routes are endless. These are the typical passenger scenarios that you may come across working in the Airline or Travel Industry.
Well-established and prestigious Airlines will ask prospective workers to be competent in booking simple return Fares to complex Air Travel Itineraries around the world. Assessments & Practice
At the beginning of your course you are expected to complete a series of Modules, then this will be reviewed on the first day of class where your lessons will commence. You are expected to practice and complete industry related scenarios in order to retain your learning at in preparation for the next class.
How much time do I need to complete the course?
The duration of the course three weeks where you will be learning all principles to Fares and Ticketing, complete mock papers and your final examination. You are expected to attend Saturday and Sunday for the period of three weeks from the hours of 10am-5pm. There are various dates available throughout the year: however bear in mind that the spaces are limited.

*You will be expected to complete these Modules before your course begins and will be discussed with your trainer during your first lesson.
