3.Practical training on a Airport Check in Departure Control System (Amadeus Altea DCS).
Please note:
Once enrolled - you will receive a 2-hour Passenger Services Training Only - Demonstration Login Only to DCS - to get experience industry systems.
Students enrolled: Passenger Service and Amadeus Altea DCS Training - Full Amadeus Training Package
- Amadeus Worldwide Airlines using Airport Departure Control System
- You will receive your personal login details to complete the training and an introduction to the system and some practical training.
This is an excellent course with plenty of Interaction, Simulation, and Scenario-Based Instruction giving you the confidence, knowledge, hands-on experience and familiarity of the Altea DCS system with a solid career path within Aviation.

Please note: on the day of training you are expected to bring a laptop to prepare for your DCS Training.
On Completion...
Once you have completed your course, you will receive two Certificates:
1- Your 'Certificate of Achievement' in Airport Customer Passenger Services
2 - A Worldwide recognised Certificate - Airport Departure Control Systems (Students enrolled on Full Passenger Service and Amadeus Altea DCS Course)
3 - A 'Unitised' Certificate.
