The Travel Agency Operations entails underpinning skills to understand how the industry works. Assessment and Practice
This course involves various blended assessments from classroom training to apply the learnt knowledge on the industry simulated systems. You are expected to complete various exercises throughout the course and at a final assessment learnt to put into practice.
Once you have enrolled, you will receive the first part of the course for Fares and Ticketing Modules 1-4 to familiarise with the aspects of Fares and Ticketing and a 2-hour demo course as an introduction to GDS systems.
Before the start date of your course, you are expected to complete a series of Modules from 1-4 from the Fares and Ticketing course, this will be reviewed in Lesson 5 with continuation in class of the reminding Modules. You are also expected to practice and complete industry Ticketing related scenarios in order to retain your learning at in preparation for the next class.
GDS Amadeus Airline and Travel Reservations inclusive of Eurostar
After your classroom training, we will prepare you login details and get you started on your GDS Amadeus Travel and Reservation course where you are expected to continue your online simulated training at home with the availability of a course tutor. This course includes the following elements:
